WELCOME

The Albert T. Mills Enrichment Center is a 501c3 non-profit preschool, and an urban ministry serving pre-schoolers from Atlanta’s toughest neighborhoods.

Pastor Rosa Arnold Colbert founded the Center in 1995 and has invested her life and all her resources to serve those pre-schoolers most at risk, going into these neighborhoods and finding the children who most need intervention and Christ-like love.

Our goal is to help children to start kindergarten among the best prepared in their class, giving them a strong start in school that will help them succeed throughout their school years which will help them avoid the hopelessness that can lead to destructive behavior.

The Center has recently moved to a temporary home at the Ormewood Park Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall while we locate and prepare a permanent home for the Center. Please contact us if you would like to participate in making this permanent home a reality.
